Tom was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in November of 1973.  He was also admitted to the Bar of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
